'Bow Tie Affair'- chocolate bourbon cakes covered in a dark chocolate ganache topped with either a chocolate covered strawberry (seasonal) or a truffle.

Dark Peaks- Chocolate Raspberry cone-shaped cakes drizzled with dark and white chocolates.

Cheesecakes- (all cheesecake menu items are available in individual and mini sizes)

Petit Fours- mini butter cakes layered with a fruit mousseline (lemon, raspberry, or strawberry) or chocolate cakes layered with chocolate ganache and raspberry spread both covered in a ganache or poured fondant.
